You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. Acceptable Use

• Create misleading, false, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Attempt to manipulate or game social media algorithms
• Bypass rate limits or abuse the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

5.2 Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in abusive behavior.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Pricing

Exsposer offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be changed at any time with notice to existing subscribers.

6.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel your subscription.

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
• No refunds for partial months or unused service

6.4 Usage Limits

7. Intellectual Property

Exsposer, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your input to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may not be unique. Similar or identical content may be generated for other users. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

Exsposer uses third-party services including OpenAI, Supabase, and Polar.sh. Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exsposer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service

• Your violation of third-party rights
• Content you post using AI-generated replies
• Actions taken by social media platforms against your accounts

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• You remain liable for all obligations incurred before termination
• We may delete your account data
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Exsposer is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class actions.
